Welcome to Spirit Rise – Tamar Valley. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, our facilities, and all associated services including bookings, events, and add-ons. By booking or engaging with Spirit Rise, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Overview
Spirit Rise – Tamar Valley offers a nature-based venue space for private hire and hosted events. Our offerings include ceremonies, mature milestone celebrations, corporate and wellness retreats, and community events. We also facilitate optional add-ons such as local catering and nearby accommodation. All bookings are custom-tailored to meet the needs of each client.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our website booking system or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Additional services (e.g. catering or accommodation) are quoted separately. You’ll be contacted after booking to confirm preferences and associated costs.
Bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your requested date within one business day. If your preferred date is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Add-Ons & Custom Services
Add-ons such as catering and accommodation are coordinated by Spirit Rise through our trusted local partners. These services are arranged based on your preferences and guest numbers. Final costs may vary and will be communicated separately after booking.
4. Changes to Bookings
Changes to your booking (e.g. preferred date, guest numbers, or services) must be requested via email at hello@spiritrise.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on the scope and notice period.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy for all bookings:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
You may opt to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) instead of cancelling.
If we are required to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), we will offer you a full refund or a new date at no additional cost.

6. Use of Property
By booking with Spirit Rise, you agree to respect the land, facilities, and natural surroundings. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and ensuring the space is treated with care. Any damage caused during your booking may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to end any event early or deny access if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or non-compliant with our values.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, designs, and written material, is the property of Spirit Rise or its content creators. You may not use or reproduce any part of this site or our content without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Collection

9. Limitation of Liability
Spirit Rise is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during your time on-site, except where required by law. Guests attend and participate at their own risk.
